This roll-on oil is designed for massaging sore muscles & joints to relieve tension & calm your nervous system. The ingredients used in this formula have been used for decades to help reduce physical pain, stiffness & emotional stress. The main plants used in this formula are Clary Sage, Lavender & Marjoram. This roll-on oil is a part of the Releasing Tension product line meaning it is infused & charged with the intention to release emotional & physical tension & stress, as well as, stagnant energy & blockages which can sometimes manifest as physical pain.
The roll-on bottle makes for an easy & less messy application, as well as, helping you to hit reflexology or pressure points as you apply the oil & massage it in. This roll-on oil has a thinner consistency than my Releasing Tension Body Oil, this allows for the oil to be dispensed through the roller ball applicator & to absorb quickly for on-the-go use. The sigil on the bottle was created by myself with the intention to release tension & replace it with healing energies.
To use this product, shake the bottle & roll onto areas of tension to dispense a small amount of oil, then rub in the oil with your hands, giving yourself a mini massage. My favourite place to use this is on my neck when I am working all day in the office or doing lots of typing.

This product contains essential oils, please use with caution if you have sensitive skin or fragrance allergies. This oil contains chamomile which can cause allergies in those with ragweed allergies, please avoid if you suspect you have this allergy.
