This roll-on oil blend also includes a few dried lavender buds & a small clear quartz crystal in each bottle to help infuse & amplify the energies of Lavender. To use this product, gently shake the bottle then roll the oil onto your wrists, neck or other pulse points, rub the oil into the skin & inhale the uplifting aroma. My favourite way to use this oil is to promote relaxation & ease my nerves while on the go.
